当我问这个问题时，我的音频首选项中的音频输出设备列表中只有一个选项。当我回去一段时间后，我发现了一个名为的选项 [someone's name] - Macbook Air。我不小心点击了它，然后快速将设置设置回我的耳机。这似乎解决了这个问题。
