如何从Pages 5.6.1中的自定义索引开始插入页码

我有一个项目工作，分为10个不同的文件（每个文件被认为是一个章节）。第一个文件有12页，我插入页码，直到这一行都没事。

现在我想在下一个文档（从第2章开始）中从13开始页码。我没有看到任何可以做到这一点的裸选项。

可能的解决方法是什么？
