让我们从登录项开始：

1. 正常启动
2. 转到系统偏好设置>用户和组
3. 选择登录项选项卡
4. 记下您的登录项
5. 现在，通过突出显示它们并单击-下面的按钮，将它们全部删除
6. 重启你的电脑

现在，您的Mac将启动，而无需加载那些登录项目。测试以查看是否可以使用Mac而不崩溃：

• 如果可以，您知道一个（或多个）登录项引起了该问题。然后，您可以将它们一一添加回去，直到找到了罪魁祸首。问题解决了。
