我认为mapnik或proj4不能渲染这种投影。
根据那篇出色的文章,具有protovis库的Openlayers 不仅可以精确渲染Waterman投影,还可以完全渲染Fuller投影(也称为Dymaxion)。

它不适合Mapnik,但至少d3.js的多面地理投影插件可以渲染该投影。
