有没有办法强制Notepad ++编码到Windows-1252的文件，它不会自动检测编码？

它似乎默认为UTF-8，我希望它默认为Windows-1252。

Settings --> Preferences --> New Document。在Encoding框中，选择下拉列表，您将找到Windows-1252。不知道你为什么要使用这样的东西，因为它是遗留编码。
