至少在Windows下，手刹没有使用Mencoder。它使用来自ffmpeg和其他项目的库，但据我所知没有使用mencoder二进制文件。它使用HandBrakeCLI.exe

根据我手刹Windows和Linux上的经验：它并没有使用mencoder的。相反，它提供了自己的命令行界面：HandBrakeCLI。

在Windows上一个可以点击Show Queue> Queue> Generate Batch Script导出它包含了所有到HandBrakeCLI传递的命令行参数的脚本。尽管您对“活动窗口”的引用使我相信您正在使用Mac OS X，但Mac版本上也可能存在这样的选项。
