我想在文件上使用字符编码UTF-8（无BOM）。我可以从“格式”菜单更改编码，但是每次创建新文件或打开文件时，编码都会重置。

Settings -> Preferences -> New Document/ Open Save Directory

然后在

New Document -> Encoding 校验 UTF8 without BOM

步骤1：设置->首选项->新文档->不带BOM的[编码] UTF-8（选中“应用于打开的ANSI文件”）

1.Fix a crash issue while there's missing tag in functionList.xml. 

2.Fix UTF-8 (w/o BOM) detection bug.
