在Windows 8中启用快速启动模式时，关闭会保存Windows服务并在再次打开电源时恢复服务。此行为与正常关闭不同，因为服务不会获得关闭事件，并且当计算机再次启动而服务从先前状态恢复时，服务也不会重新启动。
