开始菜单>控制面板>程序>程序和功能
在左窗格中选择“ 查看已安装的更新 ”
在右侧找到Windows Internet Explorer 10，然后选择卸载

这将还原为IE9或IE8（如果你没有从IE8升级到IE9）

如果您在View Installed Updates下没有Windows Internet Explorer 10，则可以通过命令提示符强制卸载

以管理员身份运行cmd.exe

输入以下内容：

FORFILES / P％WINDIR％\服务\ Packages / M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer- 10. .mum / c“cmd / c echo卸载软件包@fname && start / w pkgmgr / up：@fname / norestart”

Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program > View Installed Updates

找到Internet Explorer 10并卸载它，您很可能需要重新启动，但是下次进入时，您将看到Internet Explorer 9，执行相同操作并卸载并重新启动。之后你应该回到IE8！
