CUPS无法打印，调试消息为空白。建议？

我正在尝试使用Dell ppd打印到Dell 2350dn。它曾经工作过，现在却不行，但是我很少使用这台打印机，也不知道在此期间发生了什么。

1.7.0〜rc1-0ubuntu5.2，Ubuntu 13.10，x86_64

杯子错误日志有：

请注意，调试消息为空。在error_log和打印中，没有指示哪个过滤器发生故障或原因（除了“过滤器失败”之外）。

我试图多次重新安装打印机，但没有进行任何更改。

过渡期间的其中一项操作是安装一组我为支持佳能MF4890dw而安装的软件包（cndrvcups-ufr2-us和cndrvcups-common）。我删除（清除）了这两个文件，但情况没有改变。

有什么建议么？
