  • 打开控制面板
  • 打开管理工具
  • 打开任务计划程序
  • 点击 Task Scheduler Library
  • 滚动列表直到找到 BackgroundContainer
  • 右键单击该条目
  • 点击 Delete 在弹出的菜单上。
  • 关闭所有窗口，重启计算机

结果是启动时没有错误。
