带数字的TextEdit缩进

要缩进TextEdit中的段落，我发现可以转到“ 格式”>“文本”>“显示标尺”，然后拖动缩进。问题是很难给出准确的数字，例如1cm。

是否有更好的方法只选择某些特定段落并始终应用相同的确切缩进？
