Windows 7上未安装mklink？

我刚刚安装了Windows 7 Pro，并且正在根据自己的喜好进行配置。我去建立一个符号链接（因为它支持符号链接）。

但是我似乎没有该mklink程序C:\Windows\system32。

在Powershell的管理员模式下：

解决方案是mklink是cmd.exe的内置功能。因此，Powershell无法直接访问它。
