从16.04升级到18.04。我有一个通过appsocket连接的工作场所打印机，该打印机已停止工作。

打印机状态为空闲过滤器失败。

打印队列立即转到“已停止”。

右键单击打印机显示“选件整理的值为3，无法更改”。我找不到关于此错误的任何信息，只有一个pdf可以忽略该错误。

打印机型号Ricoh MP 2555以前可以与Ricoh MP C2800驱动程序一起使用。现在，它不适用于2800或2555。

打印机的IP地址可以ping通。当我尝试使用IP地址检测网络上的打印机，并要求它使用Ricoh MP 2555驱动程序时，它会要求使用其他驱动程序来打开Ubuntu软件（该软件无济于事）并失败。

我尝试通过提供ppd文件从“ https://www.openprinting.org/printer/Ricoh/Ricoh-MP_2555 ” 更改驱动程序。它仍然没有帮助。var / log / cups / error.log不能说明太多，或者我听不懂。
