尝试使用Logitech K380蓝牙键盘时，我遇到了与Soraphis相同的问题。从系统上卸载TLP最终为我解决了该问题。

如果已安装，请尝试禁用或卸载TLP。

由于无法达到hci0：

hciconfig hci0 up

可以做到的。

不知道为什么有人这样做，但我得到了它工作而无需重新启动运行bluethoothctl，转动power off，然后power on（这失败），然后退出quit，并尝试power off和power on试。
