我很确定IUS软件包provide在这种情况下不会提供正确的信息。它提供了正确的库，但是就RPM而言就不一样了。我专门给出的命令询问有关库文件的信息，而不是实际提供的信息。我可以建议EBST是试图找到openssl从雷米回购包，并用它代替IUS包，或者使用基本RHEL回购您的所有openssl和php-*包。
