如果您使用出现404错误的网址之一并将其放在浏览器中，则会看到您也收到404错误。这可能是暂时的，也可能是服务器错误，因此您可以搜索目录结构，直到url为为止http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/。

在那里您将看到lucid（10.04），precise（12.04），saucy（13.10），trusty（14.04）和utopic（14.10）的子目录。数字是对应的 Ubuntu版本号。其他的产品生命周期终结，不再受支持，不应使用。Mint 16 应该是13.10的派生类，因此不清楚为什么系统会尝试从13.04中获取一些东西。

你可以尝试在更新的条目/etc/apt/sources.lst，并/etc/sources.list.d/*从raring以saucy，并尝试是否有帮助，但你可能通过安装不兼容的版本进一步破坏系统（做一个备份第一）。

您应该考虑升级到Mint 17，或回退到支持的较早版本，例如Maya（13）
