重新启动GNOME而不重新启动Xorg？

有时会发生某些应用程序崩溃并使Gnome桌面不稳定的情况，例如上方的栏消失了。通过重新启动X ctrl + shift + backspace，我可以将其重置。但是有没有办法完全重新启用标准或Gnome？
