It is autostarted by GIO clients when they make metadata changes. Read operations are done by client-side GIO code directly, and don't require the daemon to be running. The gvfs metadata capabilities are used by the nautilus file manager, for example.

我还运行了以下命令以终止进程并删除存储的元数据。

pkill gvfsd-metadata 
rm -rf .local/share/gvfs-metadata

将我的ubuntu从ssd硬盘克隆到机械硬盘后,sssd服务正在进行很多IO中断。这就是窍门:sudo service sssd stop
