Ubuntu 18.04随机冻结

我已经在笔记本电脑Dell Inspiron 5000上安装了Ubuntu 18.04(AMD Ryzen 5 2500U / 8 GB RAM / 1 TB HDD / Windows 10 / 39.62厘米(15.6英寸)FHD / Vega 8图形) Inspiron 5575

即使有时没有应用程序,或者有时只有带有7-8个选项卡的Chrome操作系统,操作系统都随机冻结。我检查了内存占用量,还致电Dell支持中心。他们确认硬件没有问题。

另外,有关更多信息,我还有8 GB的空间和100GB的文件系统分区,其余空间用于备份或其他存储。
